The Blade — Clip Point with False Edge and Powder Coat Finish
The clip point on this knife features a pronounced concave curve at the spine that narrows to a sharp, controllable tip, one of the most versatile blade shapes available for hunting, outdoor work, and general field tasks. A false edge runs along the spine near the tip, sharpening the point geometry and giving the blade a more aggressive profile without adding a second ground edge.

The black powder coat finish delivers several practical advantages beyond its striking appearance:

The chemistry is demanding: approximately 1.5% carbon for hardness and edge-holding, combined with chromium levels that push it into semi-stainless territory.

Precision heat treated to 58–60 HRC — this blade delivers:

• Sustained sharpness through heavy cutting workloads
• Resistance to edge deformation and abrasive wear
• Sufficient toughness for outdoor impact tasks without fracturing
• Reliable corrosion resistance that the powder coat further enhances

Basic upkeep, a wipe down after use and occasional oiling of any exposed steel keeps this blade performing at full capability indefinitely.

Full Tang — The Only Way to Build a Working Knife
The D2 steel runs uninterrupted from blade tip through the black powder coated guard and the full length of the rosewood handle. One continuous piece of steel. The guard and pommel are finished in matching black, maintaining the tactical aesthetic throughout while providing genuine hand protection during demanding cutting tasks.

The Handle — Striped Rosewood with Accent Rings
