This is a knife that commands attention before it ever leaves the sheath. The spear point blade, polished D2 steel finish, steel crossguard with curved quillon, and natural buffalo bone handle combine to create one of the most striking fixed blade hunting knives we make.

  • Why D2 Tool Steel?
D2 is one of the toughest high-carbon tool steels available. It holds an edge longer than most steels, resists wear under heavy use, and handles the demands of serious outdoor work without failing. The mirror polish finish on this blade is not just for appearance — it reduces friction during cutting and makes the blade easier to clean in the field.
Heat treated to 58–60 HRC — hard enough to hold a razor edge, tough enough not to chip or break under pressure.

The Blade — Spear Point Design
The spear point is one of the most elegant and capable blade shapes in knife making. Both the spine and the cutting edge taper symmetrically to a perfectly centred, needle-sharp tip. This creates exceptional piercing capability alongside powerful slicing performance along the full 9 inch cutting edge.

Single edge ground for maximum slicing and control. The spear point excels at:

Precise piercing and detail work
Hunting and field dressing
Tactical and survival use
Display and collecting

At 9 inches this blade has serious reach and cutting power while remaining well balanced and easy to control.

The Crossguard
The steel crossguard with curved quillon is both functional and distinctive. It protects your hand from sliding forward onto the blade during hard use, essential on a hunting knife used for skinning and field dressing. The curved quillon also provides a secondary grip position for fine detail work.
It gives this knife a classic, timeless appearance reminiscent of traditional hunting and military blades.

Full Tang Construction — Why It Matters
Full tang means the D2 steel runs the complete length of the knife, from blade tip through the crossguard and the entire handle to the pommel cap. One solid, continuous piece of steel.

No weak joints. No risk of the handle separating under hard use. This is the construction method chosen by military professionals, survivalists, and serious hunters worldwide.

The Handle — Natural Buffalo Bone
Buffalo bone is a traditional natural handle material prized by knife makers for its strength, smooth texture, and warm cream colour. Every piece of natural buffalo bone is slightly different — meaning your handle will be unique to your knife.

The steel wire wrapping at the base of the handle adds grip security, prevents cracking at the most stress-prone point, and gives the knife a refined, crafted appearance.

Perfect For
Hunting and field dressing, camping, bushcraft, outdoor survival, tactical use, and knife collecting. An exceptional gift for hunters, collectors, and anyone who appreciates a serious handmade blade with classic styling.
